Status

Status is the machine itself. It opens on a sentence — what needs a look, or "Everything is fine: 41 °C, memory 23% used, storage 51% full. Up for 12d 3h." — then sections.

Needs a look

The checks that are not fine, in their own words. Also on Home.

Storage

Each disk, how full it is and how much is free; amber when it is read-only or has counted errors. A disk that has become read-only is how a failing SD card usually shows itself: the kernel stops trusting it. Replace it, and restore your last backup.

Memory and processor, and what is using it

The busiest five, by app and service. Show all lists every one, with its processes.

The checks

Every check, by area, with its figures: the internet line, DNS, the cables, the machine's heat, load, memory and disks. They run every 30 seconds. A problem's start is on Activity at once, and its end after a minute fine.

Containers

On a machine with Self-hosted on, what Podman runs: the panel's apps, with Start, Stop and Restart, and anything else, left alone.

The machine

Its name, model, system and hardware: memory and its kind, each disk and how it is connected, each network port and its speed. An administrator renames the machine from its name: the panel restarts so everything says the new name.
